A clearer handoff from property problem to provider
St. Louis Roofing Guide is an independent information and request website. It is not a roofing contractor.
How a request works
You send the facts you choose to share. The website team reviews the request and may help identify an independent provider when service coverage is available.
Who performs the work
The independent provider is responsible for credentials, inspection, diagnosis, scope, price, schedule, contract terms, warranties and work. Confirm those details before authorizing service.
You can check a contractor license yourself through the state regulator: Missouri Division of Professional Registration: Licensee search.
Compensation
The website may receive compensation if a customer hires a provider introduced through it. That relationship does not make this website the contractor or guarantee an outcome.
Impact Building Solutions
Impact Building Solutions is a construction company based in Austin, TX. Their legal name is Impact Building Solutions LLC. They review requests sent from this site. If service coverage is available, they can help arrange an introduction to an independent provider. Ask who will be doing the work, and check that crew's own license and insurance, before you authorize anything.

What happens after you send this
- Your request goes to the website team by email.
- The team reads what you wrote and replies by email.
- If coverage exists for the address, the team can introduce an independent provider.
Coverage is limited and may not be available for every address yet. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything.
